Already in its 37th edition, the Machico Gastronomic Week is, as such, a set festivity within the itinerary of the summer festivities of Madeirans. This event, which is organised by the Machico City Hall, has as its main objective the promotion of regional gastronomy, with particular focus to the delicacies of this municipality located to the east of Madeira Island.
And if on the one hand, a lot of attention goes to the food and drink stalls, on the other, the entertainment programme attracts many visitors to the Municipality of Machico so as to attend concerts and shows which bring great names in national music to Madeira.
