From June 2 to 5, Madeira will host the European Aquatics Artistic Swimming Championships and the COMEN CUP Funchal 2025, a competition organized by European Aquatics in collaboration with the Portuguese Swimming Federation (FPN).
This will be the first time, since 2019, that the Artistic Swimming Europeans have been held separately, after recently been integrated into the European Aquatics Championships held in Glasgow, Rome, Budapest and finally in 2023, as part of the third edition of the European Games, which took place in Poland.
The 2023 edition included the mixed team competition for the first time and also served as a direct continental qualifying event for the women’s duet at the Paris 2024 Games.
