Recognized as the oldest and youngest Mandolin Orchestra in Europe, a distinction of relevance in a region of excellence within the European community, the Madeira Mandolin Orchestra® welcomes the year of 2024 with two special concerts, the “End of the Year” concert, held on December,29th (21:00) and “New Year´s” concert, taking place on January,1st (18:00), at Madeira´s Legislative Assembly.
These concerts feature a program adapted to the mandolins of the great classics of world classical music, striving for the quality that is recognized in the preservation and dissemination of the history of the mandolin in Madeira.
