On specific dates and times, next to the stage on Avenida Arriaga, you can take part free of charge and learn how to prepare a variety of typical delicacies, such as Honey Cake, wheat soup, homemade bread, Bolo do Caco, marinated pork (Carne de Vinha-d\u2019alhos) and ch\u00edcharo soup.
