The ‘Biosfera Roller Skate’ is an international speed skating tournament which takes place over two days, on the beautiful 200-metre track located at the mouth of Ribeira do Faial – Santana. This is an end-of-season event, in which athletes of the sport can combine the adrenaline of the competition with the discovery of the destination, over the two days of the competition. Approximately 200 athletes of different nationalities and ages participate in this event.
