Funchal is one of the cities that encloses the concept of the Ecotrail, which was originated in Paris in the last decade. Funchal is the fourth European city out of the seven capitals to have such an event. There are various challenges of 15, 30, 45 or 85 km.
This competition concept is gaining more fans in the international world of Trail running.
