Madeira will host from October 26th to 30th, the final of the Golden Trail World Series 2022 – one of the most emblematic trail running championships in the world.
The event is supported by Madeira Promotion Bureau with the aim of promoting and involving their active tourism brand – Madeira Ocean & Trails (MOT).
The final event of the Golden Trail World Series will, therefore, take place in the archipelago, which offers five incredible routes, in the magnificent natural surroundings of Madeira, over a total of about 100 km, to be run over five days.
This great world final will bring together around 150 of the best athletes in the world, the “elite” of the sport, in what will certainly be the biggest trail running event in Portugal.
We can certainly say that Madeira will be the trail running capital of the world for a week.
