The Madeira Wine Lounge, in Praça do Povo, is the ideal place for visitors to enjoy wine and gastronomy tastings, to the sound of different regional music groups. This location is divided into four specific sections: the Madeiran Wine Producers (11), destined for tasting Madeira Wines, liqueur and still wines; a section dedicated to gastronomy, where you can taste local delicacies; another dedicated to live music and DJs; and yet another section dedicated to masterclasses. The Wine Lounge aims at presenting the Madeira Wine Region to tourists and Madeirans, allowing them to deepen their knowledge on Madeira Wine and PDO “Madeirense” and PGI “Terras Madeirenses” wines (Madeiran White, Red, Sparkling and Rosés.
