Madeira, whilst tourist destination par excellence, could not miss out on celebrating the World Tourism Day, held on September,27th, which this year, is dedicated to the topic “Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism”.
In commemoration of this important occasion, a few social and cultural activities and animation initiatives have been planned in the city centre of Funchal.Tourists will be greeted with gifts upon their arrival at Madeira’s International Airport, at the International Maritime Passanger terminal of the Port of Funchal and also in some official tourist offices.
