Silent Yoga Party

The Silent Yoga Party is a fusion of yoga and music that embraces the concept of silent disco. This initiative translates into 90 minutes of yoga, followed by music from a DJ to dance until nightfall! The party takes place with neon lit wireless headphones, which cancel out noise and distractions from the outside world. An immersive experience and an innovative concept that is already a trend all over the world.

The 2023 Nature Festival brings us two Silent Yoga Party sessions, the first on the beach next to Porto Santo Pier, at 7pm on October 5th, and the second on Seixal beach, at 5pm on the 7th of October.
