In this third edition, the event presents a diverse programme that journeys through the glamour of cinema, the great passions of opera, the lightness of comedy and the intimacy of lyrical song, bringing together outstanding performers from the Region alongside guest artists of recognised merit.
Among the highlights of this year’s edition is the premiere of the family-oriented production “The Enchanted Story of The Magic Flute”, on 21 June at 11:00 am, specially designed for families and younger audiences. Another notable addition is the Vocal Masterclass, organised in partnership with the Madeira Conservatory of Music and led by soprano Patrícia Modesto, taking place on 15, 16 and 17 June. The initiative culminates in the public performance “The New Lyric Generation”, on 19 June at 9:00 pm, at Fortaleza do Pico.
