This week is filled with various artistic performances which will transform Funchal City into a creativity area with diverse music, dance, singing, movement and cinematic presentations.
A week dedicated to creativity and arts education, transforming the city of Funchal into a hub of cultural expression through music, dance, singing, movement, theatre, cinema and the visual arts. The initiative is organised by the Regional Secretariat for Education, Science and Technology, through the Regional Education Board and the Arts Education Services Department, and counts on the participation of pupils from all levels of education in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, with a varied programme comprising concerts, performances, competitions and exhibitions, highlighting the artistic work carried out in schools and the importance of the arts in the Region’s educational and cultural journey.
